克萊布屬靈導引學校（Larry Crab School of Spiritual Direction）屬靈導師及泰爾博神學院（Talbot School of Theology）道學碩士。留美遺傳學博士，在研究所及生物公司從事癌症研究十五年。自2016年接觸靈命塑造經歷重大翻轉，並蒙召參與靈命塑造服事。目前在北美華神靈命與品格塑造中心參與研究、靈命塑造及屬靈導引服事。

Ning gets his M.Div. from Talbot School of Theology, majoring in spiritual formation & soul care. He also holds a Ph.D. degree in Genetics from Iowa State University.  He is a certified spiritual director from both Talbot School of Theology, and Larry Crabb School of Spiritual Direction.  Ning experienced a significant life transformation in 2016 and has since been called and involved in spiritual formation ministries. He currently participates in research, spiritual formation, and spiritual direction at the Spiritual and Character Formation Center (SCFC) at China Evangelical Seminary North America (CESNA).  Ning is also an intern pastor at Chinese Bible Church of San Diego, promoting spiritual formation ministries.
