Our vision is to equip godly servants, co-workers and leaders for the church by providing basic, professional and leadership training.

Our Strategy

Our strategy is to collaborate with the local church in planning and offering a balanced, diversified theological training curriculum that includes Biblical studies, theology, and ministry; with Los Angeles as the base and extending the equipping network to all parts of the U.S. through appropriate teaching modalities and media.

CESNA is committed to train, for the Kingdom of God, effective pastors and Christian leaders who serve in conformity to the will of God.

CESNA is committed to fulfilling the Great Commission by spreading the Gospel through strategic partnership with all Christian churches and organizations, local and worldwide.

CESNA is committed to respond, from a Biblical perspective, to all contemporary issues which are of concern both to the Chinese-American society and Chinese churches at large.
