The Seminary has a CESNA Board of Directors that governs and oversees all routine school and academic affairs. The CESNA Foundation Board or CESNAF Board is set up to oversee the assets of the Seminary, such as the seminary property, finance, and investments under a separate legal entity. The governing authority of the seminary resides solely on the CESNA Board, and CESNAF Board is a supporting auxiliary organization to CESNA.
