Agnes holds a Ph.D. in Theological Philosophy from Fuller Seminary, Juris Doctor from UCLA School of Law.  After practicing law for over twenty years, Dr. Chiu responded to God’s calling to serve at a seminary.  She is currently the Director of Research & Strategic Initiative, the Director of Public Theology, and a full-time professor at the China Evangelical Seminary North America (CESNA), specializing in systematic theology and public theology.
