Possesses the character of a spiritual leader, gifted in shepherding and teaching, committed to disciple-making and spiritual formation, with a strong emphasis on teamwork

• 对探访关怀和福音外展有负担，有神学装备和训练

Burdened for visitation, pastoral care, and evangelistic outreach, equipped with solid theological training

• 北美华人教会事奉经验

Experienced in ministry within Chinese churches in North America

• 能用国语讲道，并较充分地用英语沟通

Able to preach effectively in Mandarin and communicate proficiently in English
