Our church emphasizes gospel-centered preaching, evangelism to the community, and discipleship through the study of God’s Word, so that people can encounter Jesus, receive reborn life, follow Jesus and imitate Jesus throughout their lives, and fulfill the mission entrusted. The part-time director of children's ministry will also assist the pastor in participating in the development of various church ministries.

Job Description 事奉工作職責
Duties & responsibilities
1. Weekly preaching short gospel-centered message at Children Service..
2. Providing evangelism and church growth planning and stretegies
3. Initiate and participate in church planting fund rais.
4. Providing care and coordinating with co-workers for God-glorifying meetings/events.
5. To be present and available to help at all church-wide gatherings/events.
6. Supporting Church Council to follow church’s spiritual direction and long-term planning.

Desired Qualifications & Skills 對應聘者的要求
1. Prefer a graduate from an accredited seminary with undergraduate and graduate students in Bible studies.
2. Preach in Mandarin fluently. Can communicate in English.
3. A caring heart for children and approachable by church members and visitors.
4. Demonstrated commitment to evangelism and continuous church growth.
5. Coachable, adaptable and resilient when confronted with barriers and setbacks.
