Biography:

Dr. Chao graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and Talbot School of Theology.

Areas of Expertise:
She specializes in integrating the Bible, theology, and cognitive science with church ministry to foster the spiritual growth of children.

Professional Experience:
A former research professor in the UCLA Department of Psychology, she developed multimedia educational software. With extensive experience as a senior children’s pastor, she currently serves as an adjunct Professor at CESNA and is the Director of the “Welcome Children Program – Intergenerational Ministry.”
