- One of the founding members of Chinese Bible Church of San Diego.
- Served as Resident Pastor of Chinese American Christian Church and Senior Pastor of Chinese Bible Church of West Los Angeles.
- Served on the Board of Directors of China Mission for 10 years.
- Currently supporting his son, the Reverend Daniel Lowe, in church planting efforts in San Diego and ministries focused on passing the faith to the next generation.
