Biography:

Rev. Vincent Kam serves as the Director of Theological Education by Extension, and an Resident Faculty member at CESNA. He graduated from China Evangelical Seminary in Taiwan with a Master of Divinity (2009) and a Master of Theology (2014), and earned a Doctor of Philosophy from Concordia Seminary in St. Louis, USA (2021). He previously served as a Pastor and Minister at Taipei Tianmu Gospel Church (2009–2016). His research interests include Luther Studies, the history of biblical Hermeneutics, and Old Testament narrative genres.
