Biography:
Before joining China Evangelical Seminary North American (CESNA), Rev. Liu served for thirty years as the Executive and English Ministry Pastor at a Chinese church in the Greater Los Angeles area. His wife, Dr. Anita Meng Liu, also teaches at CESNA. They are the parents of two adult daughters.
