Biography:

Dr. Agnes Chiu was born in Hong Kong and is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. Her academic research focuses on the theology of Abraham Kuyper, with particular attention to issues of labor and social ethics within the Chinese and broader Sinophone context. She also explores how political power shapes public theology in contemporary settings. Dr. Chiu is a licensed attorney in the state of California and actively serves in various leadership and ministry roles at the Chinese Evangelical Free Church of Los Angeles.
