Viola has her D.Min. from Fuller Theological Seminary, and Master of Sacred Theology from Tyndale Seminary in North York, and Graduate Diploma in Spiritual Direction from Toronto School of Theology of the University of Toronto, Canada.  In recent years, she continues to actively pursue her passion of Christian Spirituality by leading silent groups and directing retreats on top of her regular ministries of word formation, biblical topical workshops, spirituality formation training, church music and worship.
