Paul holds a D.Min. from Fuller Theological Seminary and a M.Div. from Regent College. He has served as an assistant pastor and a senior pastor in various churches in Canada and the United States for twenty-five years, focusing on spiritual theology and mission.  He has taught theology and led silent retreats in Canada, the United States, Panama, Costa Rica, India, Nepal, and Africa.  Paul has also visited different monasteries for personal retreats and learning.
